Nikola Panduric is President of the Croatian Youth Network, a national youth council in Croatia with 59 youth work-oriented organizations. Mr. Panduri works as a research assistant at the Faculty of Chemical Engineering and Technology, University of Zagreb. He has been promoting and training youth advisory boards as a way for boosting youth participation throughout the country.
