Caroline Anstey is Managing Director of the World Bank Group, responsible for Operations Services, Policy and Systems. Prior to this, she was Vice President for External Affairs. Ms. Anstey has held various positions in the Bank including President’s Assistant and Speechwriter, Chief of Staff to the President, Country Director for the Caribbean, Director of Media Relations and Chief Spokesperson.
