Olli Rehn is Commissioner for Economic
and Monetary Affairs European Commission since February 2010. He was Commissioner
for Enlargement (November 2004-February 2010), Commissioner for Enterprise
and Information Society (July-November, 2004), and Head of Cabinet of the
European Commission (1998-2002). He held various senior positions within
the Finnish government, including Economic Policy Advisor to the Prime
Minister, and was formerly a member of the European Parliament and the
Parliament of Finland.
