Yuba Raj Khatiwada is Governor, Nepal Rastra Bank. Prior to this, he was Vice Chairman of the National Planning Commission, and served as Senior Economist in the UNDP Regional Centre in Colombo for three years. Previously, Mr. Khatiwada served as a member of the National Planning Commission, and head of the Economic Research Department of the Nepal Rastra Bank.
